Back Executive Coordinator – Medical Search Committee & IRB

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Coordinator to support the Medical Search Committee and Institutional Review Board (IRB). This role provides administrative coordination for physician/faculty recruitment and IRB operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining confidential records, preparing agendas and minutes, and assisting with regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

♦ Coordinate physician and faculty recruitment activities, interviews, and committee meetings

♦ Prepare agendas, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes

♦ Communicate with applicants, researchers, committee members, and stakeholders

♦ Maintain IRB records, approvals, and regulatory documentation

♦ Support IRB processes and ensure compliance with institutional policies


Job Requirements:

♦ Bachelor’s degree preferred

♦ 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience

♦ Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, research, or compliance preferred

♦ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

♦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
