The Critical Care Areas, including the Intensive Adult Care Unit, the Cardiac Surgery Unit, the Coronary Care Unit, the Intensive Pediatric Care Unit and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology allowing aggressive monitoring for subtle changes, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and management of acute or chronic system failure, cardiac, neurology and respiratory complications.
These units are run by a well-trained and dedicated multidisciplinary team of health care professionals who provide comprehensive intensive therapies for a variety of acutely ill patients with the goal of increasing their independence and function.
