The Department of Otolaryngology at Saint George Hospital University Medical Center specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of diseases:
- The ear: including medical and surgical treatment of hearing loss, ear infections, balance disorders, ear noise (tinnitus) and congenital disorders of the outer and inner ear
- The nose: caring of the nasal cavity and sinuses including allergies, smell disorders, polyps and nasal obstruction (deviated septum)
- The throat: managing diseases of the throat, thyroid, parathyroid, larynx and esophagus in addition to voice and swallowing disorders
- Head and Neck: management of head and neck infections, benign and malignant tumors/cancers, facial trauma and deformities of the face
Additional services are offered by our highly qualified and trained specialists in the field in collaboration with several departments at the hospital, and include subspecialties in Otolaryngology such as facial plastic and reconstructive surgeries, allergies diagnosis and management, pediatric otolaryngology, sleep disorders etc…
