The Patient Relations Department coordinates with all hospital departments to ensure optimal patient care and delivery of quality services to patients, families and visitors.

The main duties of this department are:

  • Answering patients’ inquiries about the hospital policies, procedures, patients’ rights and responsibilities and available services.
  • Receiving and following up on patients’ complaints to identify corrective and preventive measures
  • Responding to patients’ needs and assist them in completing their transactions at the different hospital departments.
  • Performing daily inpatients visits to provide patients and families with the opportunity to express their concerns, suggestions, complaints, and/or compliments regarding the various hospital services.
