Saint George University Medical Center launched a comprehensive health campaign dedicated to the early detection of breast cancer throughout October 2025, aligned with Breast Cancer Awareness Month and will extend until the end of December 2025.
The campaign aimed to raise public awareness about breast cancer and the critical importance of regular screening in improving treatment outcomes and offered free medical consultations at the Breast Care Center, along with mammography services at reduced cost.
This initiative was introduced in response to the ongoing economic crisis, which has created significant financial problems for many women. By lowering costs and offering free consultations, the Hospital aims to ensure that economic hardship does not prevent women from accessing essential preventive care.
The Hospital reaffirmed its commitment to supporting women’s health and emphasized that early detection remains the most effective tool in reducing breast cancer mortality rates.
