Basic Function:
Performs various cooking activities in the Hospital Kitchen. Includes preparing, seasoning and cooking all food for Hospital patients and cafeteria users, ensuring appropriate quality and variety according to recipe, maintains good housekeeping and hygienic standards.
Minimum requirements
♦ BT in Hotel Management
♦ 3 to 5 years’ experience as assistant cook in a hotel or hospital environment
♦ Great attention to details
♦ Excellent understanding and application of hygiene standards
♦ Simple job knowledge of English or French
