Basic Function:
Performs all routine and some specialized procedures in assigned laboratory according to standard procedures. Verifies tests results and reports on abnormal values. Prepares reagents and media and performs bedside rapid tests. Ensures preventive maintenance of equipment and carries out calibration on some of them. Performs phlebotomy procedures. Assists in training students and in the application of safety precautions.
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
♦ Lebanese Nationality
♦ Holder a BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science
♦ Experience is a plus
♦ Meticulous attention to details
♦ Good Analytical Skills
♦ Good Knowledge of English or French
