Basic Function:
Coordinates and controls dietary activities in the Hospital. Includes planning special diets to in-patients, inspecting quality and quantity of food served , consulting with doctors, nurses and other members of Dietary Department to coordinate all phases of prescribed diet therapy and instructing patients and families as to purpose of contents of prescribed diets, etc…
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
♦ Female - Lebanese Nationality
♦ B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics plus 6 months to 1 year internship in a University Hospital
♦ Computer literate
♦ Proven communication skills with patients and families
♦ Good knowledge of spoken and written Arabic and English/ French
