Job Summary:

Monitor and operate hospital systems through the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure safe and efficient functioning of all equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

♦ Monitor and control systems including generators, UPS, chillers, HVAC, boilers, medical gases, LPG, lifts, and water systems

♦ Identify and troubleshoot system faults; report and escalate issues as needed

♦ Perform daily inspections and record operational data

♦ Monitor consumable levels (fuel, gas, etc.) and report replenishment needs

♦ Handle maintenance requests and generate work orders

♦ Prepare basic reports related to BMS operations


Job Requirements:

♦ T.S. in Electro-Mechanics or B.T. in a related field (1+ year experience)

♦ Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

♦ Knowledge of safety procedures

♦ Good Arabic and English communication skills

♦ Computer proficient
