We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room Scrub Technologist to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, sterile environment and provide essential support to surgeons during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

♦ Prepare operating room, instruments, and sterile supplies

♦ Maintain sterile field and assist surgeon during procedures

♦ Anticipate surgical team needs and pass instruments efficiently

♦ Perform counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps

♦ Assist with patient preparation, dressing, and post-op transfer

♦ Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and equipment functionality

♦ Follow infection control and surgical safety protocols

♦ Support emergency situations when required

 Job Requirements:

♦ TS or BT in Nursing

♦ Minimum 1 year OR experience preferred

♦ Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques

♦ Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)

♦ Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills
