Back Administrative Assistant – CQSO Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the CQSO office. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing communications, maintaining records, and supporting departmental activities.


Key Responsibilities
:

♦ Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, and logistics

♦ Record committee minutes and manage documentation

♦ Perform data entry and maintain filing systems

♦ Support staff scheduling and time management

♦ Liaise with stakeholders and handle office communications

♦ Manage office supplies and equipment

 

 Job Requirements:

♦ High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) with 2+ years of experience, ideally in healthcare

♦ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

♦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools

♦ High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
