Back Nutrition Services Manager

We are seeking a licensed Nutritionist/Dietitian to lead patient nutrition services and food safety programs. The role ensures accurate therapeutic diets, oversees tray line operations, and maintains compliance with HACCP, ISO, and MOPH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

♦ Ensures accuracy of patient meals and therapeutic diets

♦ Oversees tray line operations and meal delivery

♦ Leads food safety and compliance programs

♦ Supervises and trains staff

♦ Coordinates with clinical, nursing, and food operations teams

♦ Monitors patient satisfaction and supports continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

♦ Bachelor’s in Nutrition & Dietetics (Master’s preferred)

♦ 3–5 years of hospital experience

♦ Licensed Dietitian (MOPH)

♦ Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and food safety standards
