Key Responsibilities:
The Staff Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame, providing safe patient and family focused quality care, utilizing the nursing process, performing initial and ongoing assessment of patients’ nursing needs, preparing, implementing and monitoring patients’ nursing care plan; administering medications and observing patients’ response and progress, monitoring patients’ records, observing emotional stability and counseling patients; adhering to the Nursing Department Professional Practice Model; complying with all relevant policies, procedures, clinical standards, and guidelines; contributing to the successful achievement of the Nursing Department strategic goals.
Job Requirements:
♦ Bachelor degree in Nursing
♦ Relevant experience is a plus
♦ Having the Nursing Colloquium, nursing license from MOPH and being registered in the Order of Nurses.
♦ Proficient in computer software, applications, and internet search.
♦ Good knowledge of spoken and written Arabic/English. French is an asset.
