Key Responsibilities:
♦ Prepares patient and cafeteria breakfasts
♦ Follows daily instructions from cooks to prepare raw items and simple dishes
♦ Works on the patient food and canteen assembly line, portioning cold meals and hot dishes.
♦ Prepares tube feedings as instructed, labels them, and stores them for distribution.
♦ Collects, labels, and stores leftovers according to guidelines.
♦ Supports canteen and Café by preparing sandwiches, salads, baking bread, and slicing deli meats.
♦ Performs additional duties such as assisting with hot meal preparation, organizing shelves, collecting supplies, washing/sanitizing vegetables, helping with special event cooking, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
♦ BT in Hotel Management
Or Completion of intermediate education with 3 years related experience in a hotel or hospital environment
♦ Great attention to details
♦ Excellent understanding and application of hygiene standards
♦ Simple job knowledge of English or French
