Back Senior Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities: 

♦ Reviews vacancies with concerned Department Heads, ascertains the adequacy of the relevant job specifications and job description and outlines the recruitment process for the position

♦ Carries out placement of candidates to fill job vacancies according to recruitment requests and advertise job openings in accordance with job specifications

♦ Screens applications, interviews applicants and recommends qualified candidates for the vacant position to interviewing committee

♦ Participates in preparing job offers

♦ Ensures necessary employment certificates and documents required are submitted

♦ Arranges for pre-employment medical examination of selected candidates according to Hospital policy and procedure

♦ Conducts orientation sessions and arranges on-the-job training for newly recruited staff

♦ Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment programs, recommends modifications to recruitment policies and procedures as necessary

♦ Issues statistical reports on regular basis, including collecting and analyzing a variety of data categories such as: vacant positions, trainings, turnover data

♦ Performs other related duties such monitoring and categorizing applications and CVs received through hospital website

♦ Represents the hospital at job fairs and recruitment events

 

Job Requirements: 

♦ B.S. degree in Business Management or Human Resources

♦ 4 years’ experience in HR/ Recruitment unit

♦ Good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English (French is a plus)

♦ Good communication and organizational skills

♦ Pleasant personality

♦ Computer literate
