Key Responsibilities:
♦ Supervises and directs the activities of technical personnel in a section of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and performs day-to-day validation of results
♦ Participates in developing and setting up new laboratory procedures and instructs technologists in applying such procedures
♦ Oversees quality control practices. Participates in reviewing and updating laboratory manuals
♦ Carries out a variety of activities as assigned such as promoting awareness on new techniques and application of safety regulations and procedures
Job Requirements:
♦ M.D specialty in Medical Laboratory with/without experience
Or PhD in related discipline of Medical Laboratory with/without experience
♦ Leadership skills
♦ Good interpersonal and effective Communication skills
♦ Very good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic, English / French
♦ Good computer skills
