Key Responsibilities:
♦ Participates with physicians and/or technicians in performing procedures at the various Medical Imaging units and assists the physician during interventional procedures
♦ Prepares procedure rooms, equipment and supplies, and ensures that all supplies requested by the physician are approved and available before the procedure
♦ Assesses the needs of patients before preparing them for procedure
♦ Assigns duties to “attendants” based on staff availability and scheduling needs, controls nursing care delivered by them
♦ Maintains patients’ clinical records related to radiology procedures, liaising with service departments to ensure standards for supplies and materials, participates in training and provides nursing instructions
Job Requirements & skills:
♦ Bachelor degree in Nursing or equivalent degree with 3 months on the job training
♦ Attention to detail
♦ Good communication skills
♦ Good command of Arabic, English and/or French
♦ Computer Literate
