Back Secretary for the Emergency Medical Training Center

Key Responsibilities:

Carries out various secretarial, clerical and administrative duties in the department. Includes answering telephone calls, maintaining appointments diary, keeping and updating files, dispatching and distributing outgoing and incoming mail, drafting routine correspondence, distributing paperwork and other correspondence, scheduling of meetings, answering queries on general matters related to the department work and ensures customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs. Coordinating and follow up on courses’ reservations with concerned persons within and outside the hospital. Preparing different reports.

 

Job Requirements & skills:

♦ Completion of secondary (12 years) education

♦ 1 to 2 years’ experience in secretarial work.

♦ Familiarity of commonly used data base software, excel, spread sheets, etc.…

♦ Ability to type Arabic, English/ French

♦ Good Communication, customer service and relationship-building skills

♦ Good Organizational skills

♦ Good knowledge of written and understanding of English / Arabic, French is an addition
