Key Responsibilities:
Purchases medical or non-medical supplies, capital and services as assigned, (e.g. orthopedic, nursing, surgical, laboratory, housekeeping, combustibles, printings, stationary, etc…). Contacts suppliers, obtains and negotiates prices, payment terms, delivery dates, quantities, etc… and prepares purchase orders. Checks received orders to ensure accuracy and processes invoices. Frequently conducts market research and analysis with alternative suppliers.
Job Requirements:
♦ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
♦ Good communication and active listening skills
♦ Good Interpersonal skills
♦ Tactful with good negotiation skills
♦ Good command of Arabic and English; French is a plus
♦ Computer literate
