Key Responsibilities:
Directs and plans the activities of personnel at the Admission department. Develops procedures and rules of the department and ensures compliance with the Hospital Strategic Plan and Quality Standards. Participates in recruiting, training, mentoring, coaching and management of new and current admissions staff. Determines and implements admissions best-practices, develops and revises admission and discharge processes. Ensures patients are admitted in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. oversees every aspect of the patient admissions process to improve revenue, the quality of patient care and department support. Works closely with nursing staff, patients and doctors to make the admissions and transfer process more efficient. Has a good experience with communication with third party payer, Lebanese Red Cross and ambulance services.
Job Requirements:
♦ Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
♦ Seven years of experience out of which three years in managerial level in healthcare setting
♦ Excellent leadership skills
♦ Excellent organization skills
♦ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
♦ Excellent problem-solving skills
♦ Good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English.
♦ Good computer skills
