Key Responsibilities:
Recruits and employs employees within established policies in accordance with Hospital’s policies and procedures. Reviews vacancies with HR Manager, carries out advertising processes to source proper candidates. Conducts interviews and screening of candidates, recommends candidates eligible for the vacant position and refers short listed candidates as per the defined requirements and criteria. Assists in the orientation of newly recruited employees. Performs data entry and statistical reports. Participates in career fairs. Conducts exit interviews.
Job Requirements:
♦ B.A degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent
♦ At least 1-year experience in recruitment and placement
♦ Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
♦ Having effective listening skills
♦ Good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English
♦ Computer literate – Ability to use technology
