Basic Function:
Plans, and supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Environmental Services Department. Includes, setting work schedules and controlling the daily attendance of employees, monitoring activities and workflow of the department, preparing training and assessment programs, participating in the recruitment and selection process.
Supervises and directs Environmental Services activities to maintain a sanitary, tidy, hygienic and clean environment, performing daily rounds in the hospital.
Develops and maintains an updated departmental policy and procedures manual for the department to comply with the requirements of Quality systems for Health Care.
Participates in preparing budget for the department
Minimum Requirements:
♦ Lebanese Nationality
♦ Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management / Public Health or equivalent
♦ Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Hospital or Hotel including 2 years in a supervisory level
♦ Good communications and interpersonal skills
♦ Good organizational skills
♦ Computer literate
♦ Good Knowledge of spoken & written Arabic, English / French
