Basic Function:
Receives patients / representatives, interviews to obtain information required for reservation or admission, advises on necessary documents and estimated amount of down payment prior to admissions, assigns beds for each admission and for each request from the floors.
Minimum Requirements:
♦ BA or TS degree in Business Administration or equivalent
♦ Experience is a plus
♦ Accommodating and friendly character
♦ Good Listening Skills
♦ Excellent communication skills
♦ Good knowledge of written and spoken English / French
♦ Computer literate
