Key Responsibilities:
Participates in identifying the long and short-term goals of the hospital and develops strategies to accomplish these goals. Manages the analytical and clinical practices activities. Oversees data collection and conducts organizational reviews to identify the business's strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness. Designs and executes methods to track and measure organizational performance data to use for planning.
Prepares and formulates annual and strategic plans based on internal and external factors to minimize risks and fulfill hospital objectives.
Responsible for creating financial modeling to evaluate future business decisions and strategic business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
♦ Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH) or related field
♦ 5 years’ experience preferably in strategic planning and/or project management
♦ High analytical skills
♦ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
♦ Ability to problem-solve
♦ Ability to interpret relevant data
♦ Good information technology skills
♦ Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
