One of the hospital's newest departments is Patient Services. The hospital is very serious about constantly improving quality and ensuring that the patient's stay is as comfortable and carefree as possible.

All members of staff, including doctors, nurses and even parking attendants, have undergone training to improve the quality of patient services.

An office located within the hospital's lobby, opens its doors to anyone who has a comment, suggestion or complaint. Both in and out-patients are welcome, and all problems are dealt with as quickly as possible. Solutions are drawn so that the same problem does not occur again.

Mission Statement

The intent of this office is to provide our outpatients with a smooth and carefree visit throughout our services area; and at the same time provide our Inpatients with adequate non-medical services and a comfortable environment.

Scope of Services

It is to coordinate and facilitate the administration (scheduling, billing, results collection and dissemination) of a comprehensive array of diagnostic services and one-day surgeries for our customers

It is to coordinate and monitor the patient satisfaction level throughout the patient visit and stay in the hospital

Customers

They are the: patient, physicians, families, third-party payers, other hospitals, and physician office staff.

Qualities Required for Patient Services Office Staff Are

Adaptability, flexibility, teamwork, exceptional customer relationship and drive for customer satisfaction/service. Excellent appearance, politeness, general knowledge and education.
